Contemporary
Contemporary Level One (Ages 6-9)
For students who are new to contemporary or for students under the age of nine who have studied contemporary for one year. Contemporary dance combines modern dance while utilizing ballet and lyrical elements.

Contemporary Level Two (Ages 10-13)
Level I Contemporary is for returning Contemporary students who have a ballet background, and beginner students ages 10+ with a ballet background. Contemporary dance combines modern dance while utilizing ballet and lyrical
elements.
1 hour, once weekly
Advanced Contemporary (Eval required)
For Advanced students with a strong ballet background. Advanced Contemporary classes approach the work with risk, athleticism, abandon, breath, weight, focus and intention; choreography emphasizes a high degree of physicality. Students are required to be in a minimum of two ballet classes per week.
